calendar.crillio.com lets people book calls with Ben and Rishi from Crillio. Here's exactly what it does with your information. Last updated October 25, 2026.

If you're booking a call

  • We use your name and email (typed in, or carried in a personal link we sent you) only to put the call on our calendars and send you the invite. If we made your link, it may also carry your company name, which goes in the event description.
  • Google Calendar emails you the invite. The call link comes from Zoom or Google Meet, which we create for that one meeting.
  • You never connect your own calendar, and we never see it.
  • We don't sell your information, use it for marketing, or share it beyond what setting up the call needs. The booking page has no analytics, trackers or cookies.

Our own calendars

  • Ben and Rishi sign in with Google to connect their own calendars. The app reads only the list of our calendars and their free and busy times, to find open slots, and adds booked calls to them. It doesn't read the details of our other events.
  • The Google sign-in token that allows this is stored encrypted (in Upstash Redis). Signing in to the admin page sets one cookie that keeps us signed in.

Google user data

Crillio Calendar's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
